Harvard Business Services, a Delaware-registered business formation agent, wanted to increase purchases on its website and tasked its marketing lead, Korin, with improving engagement. To test changes to the homepage navigation, Harvard Business Services used VWO’s A/B Testing to validate ideas for clearer CTAs and reduced distractions.
Using VWO, the team tested a variation that renamed “Compare” to “Compare Prices,” changed “Get Started Now” to “Form a Company Now,” added a “How to Incorporate” tab, and removed “Blog,” “About Us,” and “Contact Us.” Run on nearly 32,000 visitors via VWO, the test produced a 15.68% lift in completed orders, with visits to the Compare Prices page up 66.26% and How to Incorporate up 382.45%, prompting Harvard Business Services to continue using VWO for further optimization.
