ForestView optimizes website forms and boosts engagement with testing

ForestView, an Athens-based marketing and commerce agency, worked with VWO to redesign the TV-deals landing page for Nova.tv.deals.gr. Their challenge was to increase lead-form submissions and improve user engagement, especially on mobile, where conversion was lagging and users were dropping off before interacting with the CTA.

Using VWO Insights and VWO Testing, ForestView analyzed heatmaps, scrollmaps, clickmaps, and analytics data, then ran an A/B test with a redesigned page featuring multi-level filtering and carousels instead of a long product list. The VWO-powered variation lifted form conversion by 20.45% on mobile and 8.50% on desktop, while user engagement increased by 70.92%.
