EZ Texting, a provider of business texting and marketing services, wanted to increase sign-ups and validate the impact of a newly added Olark live chat widget on their signup flow. To run the experiment and measure results, EZ Texting used VWO to set up and execute an A/B test.

Using VWO, EZ Texting tested a variation that added the Olark chat widget on the signup page and tracked conversion performance; the change produced a 31% increase in sign-ups. VWO’s testing and analysis made it easy to validate the change and deliver clear, measurable lift in conversions.
