Express Watches, an authorized Seiko dealer and part of Ashleigh Jewellers (UK), was struggling with lower-than-expected online sales because visitors doubted authenticity amid widespread replica watches and needed stronger trust signals. Working with agency High Position, Express Watches used VWO (including VWO Surveys and VWO A/B testing) to diagnose visitor concerns and form hypotheses about improving credibility on product pages.

Using VWO, the team implemented and A/B tested a larger Trustpilot widget across all product pages to surface authenticated customer reviews at the point of purchase. The VWO test (run for over two months with thousands of visitors) delivered a 58.29% increase in purchases with 99% statistical significance, showing the Trustpilot integration effectively reduced buyer anxiety and boosted conversions.
