Digital NRG, a UK-based digital marketing agency, faced the challenge of improving conversion rates for two of its clients: Trent’s Drains, which had zero mobile conversions, and Enhance Insurance, which was experiencing significant dead clicks on its landing page. To address these issues, the agency utilized VWO's testing and insights services to analyze user behavior and run experiments.

Using VWO's session recordings and heatmaps, Digital NRG identified key issues and formed hypotheses. They then implemented A/B tests with VWO, which included repositioning contact forms and modifying CTAs. The solution resulted in a dramatic 133.38% increase in CTA clicks for one client and successfully generated mobile form submissions for the other, significantly improving overall user engagement and conversion rates.
