Restroworks, a SaaS restaurant‑management platform serving thousands of locations, needed to increase demo sign‑ups and reduce drop‑off on its home and Contact Us pages. To tackle this, they partnered with VWO and used its A/B testing and Visual Behavior Analytics to uncover friction points and prioritize improvements.
Using VWO’s iterative A/B and split‑URL tests plus heatmaps, recordings and form analysis, Restroworks refined homepage messaging, added trust signals and simplified the Contact Us form. Those changes produced measurable wins (an early homepage variant +≈16%, a follow‑up +5%; Contact Us variants +≈20% and +7%), and overall delivered a 52% increase in sign‑ups, lifted site conversion to 3.4% and drove an overall 25% performance uplift.
