Continuous A/B Testing Coupled with Marketing Efforts Achieve a tremendous Revenue Uplift

GRENE, a Poland-based eCommerce retailer with roots in agriculture, partnered with VWO (using the VWO Platform and VWO Services for A/B testing) to address conversion challenges across mobile product listings, homepage USP visibility, and the mini-cart experience. The company’s goals included making products easier to find on mobile, making USPs more prominent, and increasing click-throughs to the cart page.

VWO ran a series of targeted A/B tests and redesigns—downsizing product tiles and adding a cart icon on mobile, highlighting and reorganizing USPs on the homepage, and simplifying the mini-cart with a top CTA and clearer totals. The work by VWO delivered strong, measurable results: overall revenue uplift of 59.9%, ecommerce CVR +13.69%, transactions +81%, unique purchases +63.85% and quantity +60.41%; individual tests also showed a 16.89% CVR lift on mobile, USP interactions rising from 0.26% to 2.28%, and nearly a 2× increase in quantity purchased.
