To broaden appeal to small, medium, and large customers, Buildium partnered with VWO and used VWO’s A/B testing platform to experiment with messaging on the homepage and pricing page.
Using VWO, Buildium tested testimonial variations that explicitly showed customer unit counts, tailored testimonial copy, and a new headline emphasizing scalability. All VWO-powered variations outperformed the control, and the winning variation lifted combined conversion goals (CTA clicks and trial form submissions) by 22%, demonstrating clearer messaging drove more trial sign-ups.
