Brookdale Senior Living, operating BrookdaleLiving.com, needed to boost conversions on its "Find a Community" page. The company engaged digital agency Fathom, which used VWO’s A/B Testing platform to diagnose and tackle the low-converting, bare-bones page.
Fathom redesigned the page with stronger content, testimonials, trust logos, USPs and a simplified search, then ran A/B tests in VWO comparing an image variation versus a video variation. The image version outperformed the original and the video, producing a 3.92% lift in Find a Community searches (99.99% confidence) and an estimated roughly US$100K–$106K in incremental monthly revenue.
