BaseKit, a London-based website builder, wanted to increase the number of visitors who move from its Plans and Pricing page to the Buy Now page. To address this conversion challenge, BaseKit partnered with VWO and used VWO’s A/B testing platform to experiment with alternative pricing-page designs.
Using VWO, BaseKit launched a redesigned pricing page with bolder pricing presentation, clearer layout, a testimonial, and more obvious currency selection; the variation reached 95% statistical significance within 24 hours and produced a consistent 25% increase in click-through rate to the Buy Now page for the duration of the test.
