Bandwidth increased their Visit-to-Lead Conversion by Revamping their Product Page

Bandwidth, a Raleigh-based Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) company, needed to lift visit-to-lead conversions on its SMS API product page. Using the VWO Experience Optimization Platform for A/B testing and VWO Insights (heatmaps and scrollmaps), Bandwidth identified low engagement and limited above-the-fold impact that suggested the page’s information architecture and messaging needed improvement.

VWO worked with Bandwidth to run a 60-day A/B test (~3,500 visitors, 50/50 split) that rolled out a redesigned variation featuring an improved hero image and copy, added customer logos for social proof, and clearer value-proposition messaging. The VWO-led experiment produced a 12% increase in visit-to-lead conversion versus the control, prompting Bandwidth to adopt the new template and begin migrating other product pages.
