ADT, a global safety-solutions company, wanted to boost lead conversions after a 20% lift from a new site launch by optimizing its primary call-to-action (CTA). ADT and its agency Bloom used the VWO platform to test whether different CTA copy would drive more residential and commercial inquiries.
Using VWO’s URL-pattern testing and Google Analytics integration, ADT ran a 14-day test of three CTAs — “Book a Free Survey” (control), “Book an ADT Survey,” and “Get a Free Quote.” VWO’s features (including automatic disabling of losing variations) showed “Get a Free Quote” outperformed the others, driving a 60% increase in conversion rate, and ADT implemented the winning CTA site-wide.
