Tok&Stok, a Brazilian home furniture and decoration company, faced the challenge of evolving its digital shopping experience to match the highly personalized service of its brick-and-mortar stores. Their goal was to accelerate this digital transformation to increase online revenue and customer engagement. To achieve this, they partnered with vendor VTEX, leveraging its headless and API-first commerce platform.

Using VTEX's technology, Tok&Stok implemented a suite of new features including a Wedding List, Shop by Environment, Shop the Look, an image-based search, and 360-degree product views. These solutions replicated the in-store experience online and created a seamless omnichannel journey. The initiatives, developed with VTEX and consultant ACCT, successfully enhanced the customer experience, increased website revenue, and grew their database of shoppers for improved retargeting.
