Superdry cracks the code for a great buying experience

Superdry, the British fashion retailer, needed to speed up and strengthen its ecommerce operation in Colombia as online demand grew and omnichannel expectations increased. To support its growth strategy, the company migrated its South American ecommerce business to VTEX, aiming to improve the customer experience and make the platform a more flexible backbone for future expansion.

With VTEX, Superdry improved site experience, optimized promotions and inventory planning, and aligned paid media, SEO, and mobile-first design around its digital goals. The results were strong: conversion rates more than doubled to 1.5%, average order value rose from 200,000 to 250,000 Colombian pesos, and mobile now accounts for about 85% of traffic. VTEX also supported Superdry’s omnichannel plans, including future pick-up-from-store and express delivery capabilities.
