Red Oxx, a Montana-based maker of handcrafted luggage and sporting gear, needed a reliable ecommerce platform to sustain its direct-to-consumer business, content-rich website, and customer support after VTEX acquired their previous partner UniteU. Concerned about long-term stability and the ability to manage promotions, content and integrations without heavy technical overhead, Red Oxx selected VTEX for its collaborative commerce approach and enterprise capabilities.
VTEX implemented its collaborative commerce platform and CX support, launching the VTEX-powered Red Oxx site on December 23, 2019. The solution gave Red Oxx a more robust back end, a site editor that lets nontechnical staff create promotions and manage the front end, and hands-on VTEX assistance for app integrations—enabling faster campaign execution, smoother ecommerce team expansion, and a stronger focus on conversion and traffic as the brand scales its digital marketing with VTEX.
