Colgate partnered with VTEX to launch Colgate Pro, a B2B marketplace for dentists in Brazil. Using VTEX B2B Commerce, Colgate needed a solution that could support a special login for certified dentists, a broad product catalog, and integration with fulfillment and distributor systems, while keeping implementation time and total cost low.

VTEX helped Colgate build the platform using native, out-of-the-box marketplace, loyalty, and cashback capabilities, with implementation completed in about 100 days. The result was a one-of-a-kind oral care marketplace that expanded availability and coverage, drove a 496% YoY increase in average monthly sell-out value, more than 45% growth in incremental units sold, and 908% YTD growth in first-party data acquisition.
