A VPI Case Study
The City of Edmond, Oklahoma — the state’s sixth-largest city — needed to centralize quality assurance and reliably record and monitor calls across its public safety and utility teams (electric, water and sewer). To meet those needs the City of Edmond selected VPI’s award‑winning interaction recording system and VPI’s tightly integrated quality assurance (QA) solution, delivered and supported through partner Replay Systems.
VPI implemented a flexible, network‑based recording and QA platform that provides full‑time and selective recording, secure web access, easy export/email of files, and centralized seven‑year storage. As a result, the City of Edmond saw improved productivity and turnaround time for locating and distributing recordings, better working conditions, reduced costs, faster case evidence assembly and streamlined QA processes (including customizable evaluation forms), enabling faster training, transparency and compliance with emerging standards.
