Vonage Enables Novo Labs to Innovate the Way Customers Order Food

Novo Labs wanted to connect its conversational AI food-ordering system to traditional phone calls so customers could place orders by voice, without forcing them into a chatbot or IVR flow. Using the Vonage Voice API, Novo Labs integrated phone ordering into its conversational commerce platform and kept the experience simple for customers who still prefer to call in their orders.

Vonage implemented the Voice API to directly connect telephone audio to Novo Labs’ NLP system, and the rollout was straightforward. As a result, Novo Labs completed its AI integration with zero issues and no downtime, while also benefiting from enterprise-level support from Vonage and reduced development effort.
