Karen Allen Salon & Spa, a high-touch retail salon with locations in Riverside and Temecula, faced a noisy, desk-bound phone system that disrupted the guest experience. With each site on separate phone platforms, staff couldn’t easily transfer calls or coordinate between locations, leading to missed reservations and operational friction.

The salon implemented Vonage Business (MobileConnect for Enterprise), deploying softphone apps on iPads, caller ID, voicemail, IM/presence, desktop sharing, video and Hunt Group overflow routing.
