Logistics Giant Aramex Innovates Their Last Mile Delivery with Vonage APIs

Aramex, the Dubai-based logistics company, needed to improve last mile delivery efficiency and customer experience while moving quickly to a digital solution. To meet that challenge, Aramex worked with Vonage, using the Vonage Messages API and WhatsApp Business to give customers faster, more convenient ways to communicate about deliveries.

Vonage implemented a WhatsApp-based messaging solution through its Messages API, allowing Aramex to handle shipment inquiries and delivery instructions across preferred channels. In the first six months, more than 1 million customers were served via WhatsApp, inbound calls fell by 19%, and 41% of shipment inquiries were processed through WhatsApp, helping Aramex improve service and reduce delivery inefficiencies.
