ZEISS Vision Care, a global leader in eyeglass lenses and ophthalmic instruments, needed to deliver safe, secure, high-quality eye care remotely as demographics and COVID‑19 accelerated demand for telehealth. ZEISS built VISU360 and integrated the Vonage Video API to provide seamless, real‑time video interactions that preserve the “human touch.” Deployed in the US, India and South Africa (with APAC expansion underway), the platform supports confidential remote exams, improves scheduling, boosts sales for eye care professionals, and delivers reliable, secure global performance and developer support.
