Fluke needed a better way to help customers and technicians collaborate from anywhere, since test tool results were previously limited to one device. To solve this, the company turned to Vonage and its Video API for the Fluke Connect app, aiming to add real-time video without disrupting the workflows technicians already used.
Vonage implemented the Vonage Video API, including Android and iOS SDKs, to power a “ShareLive” video call feature inside Fluke Connect. This let technicians start live calls from the field, show issues to colleagues in the office, and draw attention to details on screen, helping Fluke improve remote collaboration, boost efficiency and productivity, and diagnose and solve customer problems on site with more confidence.
