American Enterprise (Wellabe) Enhances Service with Vivantio ITSM Tool

Wellabe (formerly American Enterprise) needed a more affordable, customizable ITSM solution to replace a legacy in-house system and support a growing mix of service requests. Initially evaluating Vivantio for IT alone, the company realized it could also serve HR, Facilities, Marketing, and Legal with a single platform.

Vivantio implemented its ITSM tool across departments, using custom forms, integrations, automation, and pool licensing to centralize requests and reduce the need for internal development and maintenance. Wellabe reported that the platform was easy to adopt in trial, user-friendly, and flexible enough to fit multiple teams, with the newer FLEX interface making it even more customizable and efficient for ongoing use.
