The customer, Leading IP-Based Networking Technology Manufacturer, had invested in more than 20 partner programs and tools but needed to know which drove sales and deserved continued investment. Vistex was engaged to apply analytics, build predictive models and develop a partner scorecard to evaluate program impact and guide resource allocation.
Vistex used POS, participation and profile data to identify nine of the nearly 20 programs that most increased partner engagement and service bookings, and contextualized results across the client's eight partner types. The Vistex scorecard—implemented in the client’s final quarter and still in use—helped reallocate resources to high‑value programs, boost utilization of trainings and enablement tools, and produced sales-projection models to quantify future ROI.
