Groupe Beaumanoir, a €1.37 billion French apparel retailer, needed to boost sales and profitability across brands and countries, consolidate a fragmented IT landscape, and modernize finance processes to reduce risk and increase user productivity. To tackle incentive and commission complexity they engaged Vistex, deploying the SAP Incentive Administration application alongside an SAP ERP powered by SAP HANA.

Vistex’s solution consolidated 15 legacy systems onto a single global SAP HANA platform and automated financial, invoicing, and commission workflows, delivering real-time, reliable data. Results included an 85% reduction in the number of systems, a 50% expected reduction in financial close time, 144x faster commission invoice production, 4x faster manual invoicing, 10x faster identification of risky partners, 60–98% reductions in time for key transactions, and full automation of cash pooling and bank statement delivery (saving 10 minutes per fax), greatly improving visibility and error prevention.
