Antalis S.A., a €2.1 billion wholesale distributor of paper, packaging and visual communications serving 115,000 customers across 39 countries, needed to improve deal management and B2B promotion targeting to raise eCommerce conversion across 39 websites and support an omnichannel sales strategy. After a competitive selection, Antalis chose Vistex and its Solutions for SAP (including the pricing option for SAP Data Maintenance for ERP) to deliver a preconfigured, SAP‑integrated promotion and pricing platform.

Vistex implemented Solutions for SAP to automate promotions at the point of sale and on the website, configure five initial deal types (free gifts, free goods, prize draws, discounts, bundles) and add advanced volume- and bundle-based rules. The Vistex solution sped up promotion setup, automated accruals and KPI reporting inside SAP, reduced marketing deal‑management workload, improved eCommerce transactions and pricing management, and enabled more targeted, measurable promotional campaigns that supported optimized cash flow.
