How IBM Uses Infographics to Attract and Hire Top Talent

IBM’s Recruitment Processing Outsourcing (RPO) team faced time-consuming screening and too many unqualified applicants, and needed a faster, more scalable way to visualize job descriptions across multiple client brands. To improve candidate engagement and streamline production, IBM began using Visme to turn job postings into concise, shareable infographics.

Using Visme’s platform, templates and brand kit, IBM embedded visual job ads directly in emails and social posts (removing a landing-page step), cutting design time from 4–8 hours (and up to 72 for unique projects) to about 30–60 minutes. The shift improved applicant quality and hiring speed, reduced costs by as much as 75%, and drove exponential demand for visual job ads (projected 134 requests by the end of 2018) — all enabled by Visme.
