Sun Life Financial, a leading provider of employee benefits and stop-loss insurance, needed to improve marketing and thought leadership materials for its stop-loss product so they would better address broker and employer needs. Vision Critical helped Sun Life Financial gather input from Broker Voices and Employer Voices, which guided refinements to the company’s promotional content. The result was stronger engagement and confidence in the materials, including a 15% increase in broker satisfaction, a 22% increase in “helpfulness” ratings, and 98% of Sun Life reps saying the materials outshine competitors.
