A Vision Critical Case Study
World Vision Canada needed a better understanding of who its sponsors were, what motivated them to give, and how to gather ongoing feedback to improve fundraising decisions. To address this challenge, World Vision worked with Vision Critical and its insight community platform to learn more about donor behavior and the sponsorship experience.
Vision Critical helped World Vision launch My World Vision Opinion, a 2,700-member donor insight community that enabled direct engagement with sponsors and more meaningful feedback. As a result, World Vision gained actionable insights to improve communications, programs, and fundraising strategy, helping increase sponsorship effectiveness and better support children in need.
