How the Institute of Directors found a cost-effective way of getting feedback from members

The Institute of Directors (IoD), a major UK membership organization, needed a faster and more cost-effective way to gather feedback from its busy members. Traditional research methods were becoming too slow and expensive, especially as the economic downturn forced tighter budgets and made member engagement more challenging.

Vision Critical helped the IoD launch Policy Voice, an online insight community of 3,000 members used for monthly feedback and consultation.
