Stockland, one of Australia’s largest property groups, needed a better way to understand customer needs and improve digital experiences. Using Vision Critical’s Stockland Exchange research community, the company gathered insight to shape its mobile shopping app, Geni, and make it more personalized and useful for shoppers.
Vision Critical helped Stockland run surveys, discussion groups, and a three-month app trial with members of the research community to refine the concept, usability, and branding of Geni. The results were significant: Stockland estimated more than $2 million in value over four years, saved over $700,000 in the first year by moving surveys online, and achieved 90% response rates.
