Singtel Group Digital Life needed a faster, more flexible way to capture customer feedback and bring customer insight into key marketing and managerial decisions. Traditional research methods were too slow and rigid, so Singtel looked for a real-time, cost-effective solution that could also involve internal stakeholders in the insight process. Vision Critical’s platform was used to support this effort.

Vision Critical helped Singtel launch the Digital Advisors, a customer insight community of more than 10,000 tech-savvy members who provided feedback through surveys, product trials, forums, and qualitative recruitment. As a result, Vision Critical became a critical tool for uncovering and resolving business challenges, and Singtel established an ongoing dialogue with digitally savvy customers that helped shape strategy and direction.
