SAIT Polytechnic needed a modern, efficient, and cost-effective way to gather feedback from students, alumni, and other stakeholders after its research process had become unstructured, decentralized, and prone to over-surveying and low engagement. The school wanted a better way to collect actionable insight to support prospective student outreach and improve marketing and program decisions, and turned to Vision Critical.
Vision Critical helped SAIT launch SAIT Insights, an insight community of 4,000 students and alumni that enabled quick, short online surveys and rapid feedback on key topics like ad creative. As a result, SAIT reduced organizational costs, improved engagement, and strengthened its ability to act on feedback within days; its approach was strong enough to be showcased at the AMA Symposium for Higher Education, positioning SAIT ahead of peers in using student and alumni insights.
