MAAF, a French insurance firm, wanted to rebuild close customer relationships in a highly competitive market where price comparison sites and digital information had made it harder to stand out. Working with Vision Critical and its Insight Community product, MAAF sought a better way to bring customer voices into the business through ongoing dialogue.
Vision Critical helped MAAF launch a customer insight community in 2013, enabling regular in-depth surveys and discussions with clients. The result was a stronger new business strategy and a more distinctive customer relationship model; within the research team, the community delivered nearly 20% more surveys for the same budget, while also giving marketing and customer relations richer information to act on.
