Vision Critical’s Cathay Insights program gave Cathay Pacific ongoing access to customer feedback across in-flight experiences, product concepts, lounges, marketing, and website navigation. The community delivered strong engagement, with 5,000 members recruited in two weeks, 87% retention, and a 47% response rate, while also generating 60 detailed reports in one week to guide lounge redesigns and help the airline make more confident multimillion-dollar investment decisions.
