Fairfax Media, a leading Australian multi-platform media company, needed to grow digital subscriptions and online ad revenue as print revenue declined. Vision Critical helped Fairfax Media establish six online communities across its publications and platforms, creating a 360-degree view of digital audiences by combining transactional, attitudinal, and behavioural data. The result was faster, more cost-effective research, real-time customer experience improvements, and a 2.6x year-over-year increase in research studies, enabling Fairfax Media to test concepts and prototypes more confidently.
