Aurora Health Care, an integrated not-for-profit health care provider, needed a better way to bring the patient voice into its communications and patient experience efforts as consumer expectations in health care evolved. To do this, Aurora turned to Vision Critical and its insight community approach to support ongoing two-way engagement, market testing, UX testing, and concept testing.
Vision Critical’s Aurora Health Share community helped Aurora inform marketing, branding, social media, apps, and the patient portal by gathering continuous patient feedback. The result was a more consumer-centric organization, with measurable gains including a 40% improvement in website engagement, a 34% increase in patient portal volume, and a 36% increase in MyAurora appointments.
