PayPal Holdings, Inc. worked with VISION Consulting to help its EMEA Operations leadership team step up to a new level of leadership. In 2014, Louise Phelan, VP Global Operations EMEA, wanted her team to become stronger coaches for their direct reports and to move from good managers to great leaders.

VISION Consulting delivered a ten-week programme in Ireland that combined individual assessments, one-to-one coaching, workshops, and commitment-based leadership practices. The team adopted new management and peer coaching tools, improved collaboration, and showed more responsibility, candour, and care; they also applied the new practices to tackle three business challenges, strengthening operational leadership across the team.
