OneHope, a global faith-based nonprofit, struggled with a legacy donor management system that limited staff access to donor data, caused cumbersome gift entry, and produced generic communications that led to donor fatigue. As a result, OneHope cut gift entry and receipting time and cost by over 50% (processing fell from three days to under one), reduced training needs, improved donor communications and transparency, and strengthened donor loyalty.
