OneHope, a global faith-based nonprofit, struggled with a legacy donor management system that limited staff access to donor data, caused cumbersome gift entry, and produced generic communications that led to donor fatigue. Virtuous was engaged to replace that legacy system with its CRM solution to give OneHope real-time, organization-wide access to partner and donor insights.
Virtuous deployed an easy-to-use CRM with integrations (including iDonate) and project-based impact tracking so staff could personalize outreach using social behavior, giving patterns and geolocation. As a result, OneHope cut gift entry and receipting time and cost by over 50% (processing fell from three days to under one), reduced training needs, improved donor communications and transparency, and strengthened donor loyalty.
