Josiah White’s, one of Indiana’s oldest nonprofit social services agencies, needed a better way to manage fundraising data and donor relationships. After using Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge and finding it cumbersome, cloud-limited, and difficult for their team to navigate, they began looking for a nonprofit CRM that better matched their relationship-based fundraising philosophy. Virtuous was selected as the new platform to support their advancement team’s goals.

With Virtuous CRM, Josiah White’s improved donor tracking, simplified user access, and made personalized outreach much easier across the organization. The team grew from 15 to 30 users, could send customized donor receipts faster, and gained better visibility into receipts, events, and donation activity through automatic logging in the system.
