The World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) — the largest voluntary movement for girls and young women worldwide — faced an outdated, siloed fundraising system that didn’t integrate with other tools, left teams working from spreadsheets during COVID, and made donor tracking and segmentation almost impossible. Seeking an affordable modern CRM, WAGGGS evaluated options and chose Virtuous to replace their legacy database and restore confidence in their data.
Virtuous migrated and consolidated scattered records (growing WAGGGS’s database from an estimated 6,000 to more than 20,000 contacts), enabled segmentation, automation, Eventbrite syncing, and regional customizations (GBP, date formats, membership workflows), and reduced ongoing maintenance costs.
