Western Dominican Province, a nonprofit ministry organization, was looking for a more innovative and reliable fundraising CRM after being affected by the 2020 Blackbaud data breach and experiencing limits with Raiser’s Edge NXT. They needed a partner and platform that could support long-term growth, improve donor-centric fundraising, and reduce the pain of another future database conversion.
Virtuous provided a web-based nonprofit CRM with automation, receipts, wealth data, and reporting tools that streamlined data cleanup, receipting, and donor communications. In the first six months, Western Dominican Province saw a 36% increase in total dollars raised, reduced receipting from about 30 minutes a day to 5 minutes, and saved staff hours by running imports and exports without freezing the system.
