Gordian, a construction tech company that provides construction cost data, software, and services, faced the challenge of explaining the complex value of its flagship job order contracting solution and moving prospects through the buyer’s journey. To make the product easier to understand and more engaging, Gordian hired Glenn Hughes as its first in-house video producer to add a video-first dynamic to marketing and better track engagement.

Gordian ran a five-video full-funnel campaign (one teaser plus four gated videos) hosted on Vidyard and integrated with Marketo and Salesforce to capture viewing metrics, gate content, and apply lead scoring. The campaign produced 736 MQLs, influenced 21 sales opportunities ($21.6M pipeline), closed 11 deals totaling $6M in revenue, and demonstrated that Vidyard’s analytics and integrations delivered measurable ROI.
