With a small, scrappy marketing team and only two AEs, the company needed a way to engage prospects more warmly and efficiently—moving leads toward demos without overloading sales—yet had little video experience or culture to start.
Jostle adopted Vidyard (integrated with Outreach), built a DIY video studio, and rolled out personal outbound videos plus an inbound video funnel on its site. The results: about 70% of leads watch the product tour before booking a demo, roughly 5% of monthly leads flow through the video funnel with no sales intervention, and 72% of prospects who click play on 1‑to‑1 videos watch to the end.
