How Pro R.E.A. Staffing helps its clients hire with confidence

Pro R.E.A. Staffing, a Tallahassee-based staffing agency focused on real estate, faced two core challenges: proving candidates actually had the skills clients needed and speeding up a slow, résumé-driven screening process that could take up to 15 days. To solve this, Pro R.E.A. selected Vervoe to bring skill-based assessments into their workflow and remove reliance on résumés alone.

Using Vervoe, Pro R.E.A. implemented an automated knockout questionnaire followed by job-specific Talent Trials (8–10 questions covering behavioral responses, Excel tasks, writing, and a final communication trial), with every applicant invited to complete the first trial. Vervoe’s unlimited candidate evaluations let recruiters stop manual résumé screening, identify attention-to-detail problems earlier, and cut time-to-present from as long as 15 days to about a week (often four days), leading to faster, more confident client hires and fewer poor-fit placements.
