Pro R.E.A. Staffing, a Tallahassee-based staffing agency focused on real estate, faced two core challenges: proving candidates actually had the skills clients needed and speeding up a slow, résumé-driven screening process that could take up to 15 days. To solve this, Pro R.E.A. selected Vervoe to bring skill-based assessments into their workflow and remove reliance on résumés alone.

Using Vervoe, Pro R.E.A. implemented an automated knockout questionnaire followed by job-specific Talent Trials (8–10 questions covering behavioral responses, Excel tasks, writing, and a final communication trial), with every applicant invited to complete the first trial.
