Flow is a Denver-based digital marketing agency that runs apprenticeships to help underprivileged youth build careers in digital marketing. Their traditional hiring process—job ads, résumé screening, Gmail, phone screens and Google Docs—was messy and led to hires who couldn’t actually perform the work. Flow discovered Vervoe and its talent trials to help validate candidates’ skills before investing time in interviews and training.

Vervoe supplied a library of expert-written talent trials that Flow used to build custom tests for a Live Chat agent role, evaluating writing, grammar, critical thinking, computer skills, reading comprehension and client service; 70% of invited candidates completed the trials.
