Findex, one of Australia’s leading financial services firms, needed a faster, fairer way to hire graduates at scale. Its traditional process relied heavily on manual resume screening and was slowing shortlisting, creating inconsistent candidate experiences, and making it difficult to support regional hiring across Australia and New Zealand. Findex turned to Vervoe’s skills-based hiring platform to help modernize its early careers recruitment process.

Using Vervoe, Findex replaced resume reviews with tailored, role-relevant assessments that evaluated candidates on real job skills instead of GPA or degree background. The result was a more efficient and objective hiring process: shortlisting time dropped from weeks to days, campaign fill rate rose from 57% to 77%, offer acceptance exceeded 80%, and candidate experience scored 4.6/5.
