Southern Refreshment Services (SRS), a vending, coffee service and micro markets company in Tucker, Georgia, needed to replace an obsolete Northern Telcom phone system that could not connect its two buildings, support direct extensions, or provide basic features like voice mail. The lack of seamless internal calling and the dependence on handwritten messages slowed productivity and hurt customer service.
