The Route 22 Auto Dealerships, part of Bay Ridge Automotive Group in New Jersey, needed a better way to manage communications across five dealerships, connect unified communications with CRM tools, reduce PRI costs, handle frequent employee changes, and get real-time visibility into BDC and sales calls. Vertical Communications provided Wave IP along with Wave ViewPoint UC and Wave Call Recording to address these challenges.
Vertical Communications integrated Wave IP with the dealership’s existing Dealer Socket and Higher Gear CRM systems, giving management a central view of sales call activity and call logs while simplifying moves, adds, and changes. The solution also supported SIP trunking and call recording, cut telecom fees by more than $500 per month per site, improved BDC call handling, and helped the dealerships monitor sales performance and customer responsiveness more effectively.
