Human Services Association (HSA), a nonprofit social services agency in the Los Angeles area, needed a better way to connect four offices, automate call routing across multiple departments, standardize extensions, and reduce costly third-party support. Vertical Communications addressed these challenges with its Wave IP unified communications platform.
Vertical Communications implemented Wave IP with WaveNet, ViewPoint UC, and Call Classifier to link all four sites into one IP phone system, reuse HSA’s existing MPLS equipment, and automate bilingual routing in English and Spanish. The result was lower toll charges, easier centralized system management, seamless inter-office collaboration, and about a 20% productivity increase from faster call handling.
